The procedure itself was completed without any complications, and the staff was commendable for their professionalism during my visit. Dr Carlotti is the best there is - or should I say he and his staff (especially his nurse Kelly) are the best there is! He takes A LOT of time explaining your procedure to you - and even will draw pictures to help you sort of see what he’s going to do. He is extremely thorough, and very patient with any questions that you may have. He’s the most professional and personable doctor that I’ve ever had - and that’s saying something! Dr. Haralson was great, which is way I did not leave a one star review. The office staff's lack of customer service and care this is why I would suggest people to look else where. I have been contacting them since March of this year to see when I should expect a my insurance claim to have been submitted and I could be reimbursed since we were told to pay fully upfront.
