At the time of setting up a new account I was informed that the $30 activation fee would be waved. It was not after some time speaking with a rep I received a $10 discount. So today my first autopay payment was processed and I didn’t see the $5 discount applied to my account. I contacted Spectrum Lorenzo from West TX. I asked for him to apply the $5 discount for autopay. Lorenzo stated they ended that program. My personal experience with spectrum over the years have been positive I was a loyal customer for decades ever since they open up in Buffalo recently I was diagnosed with colon cancer and gone spend time at home before and after surgery order cable ,lI never even pick up the receiver in the mean time I when to different doctor getting different test done and forgot about my order ,money is tite Im on disability ony my wife is working now,Spectrum refuses to give me a refund plus installation, they over charge my bank account... read more

Only because I can’t give 0 stars. We were grandfathered into a plan for the past 12-14 years. Two days ago they told us we canceled it and we cannot get back to the plan. When we spoke to them we did not cancel, they said they were going to send us various packages to look at. Now they are trying to charge $75 more for less channels. Rip off. Internet sucks too. Do not get them. They said they now have new plans and that is the closest they can come to what we had with less than what we had.

Spectrum is the sorriest company I've ever had to deal with! They blame everything on Duke Energy and Heck Duke Energy had our power back on today at 1pm after going out on the 8th at 4pm. At least they give a time of restoration but not Spectrum!! I'm about ready to switch over to AT&T. My son's power was out with the City of Gastonia & they got their power back on and their internet service with AT&T was right on time came right back up when their power was restored!
