They are running a terrible establishment here. I rented a home with them for 3 years. The previous management under ********* Hush was run fairly well. I noticed a lot of turn over, but she held things together for the most part and did not ignore her customers when they had a concern. I dealt with *** who was very unprofessional. She tried to tell me I was late one month, and even after I showed proof that I wasn't, and *** assured me that they would handle it, I continued receiving threatening emails because as she stated... read more

We do not agree with this false accusation, however we are always happy to look into any situation in which a potential client has concern. In fact, we have a formal process for Security Deposit claim disputes in which a Tenant may complete a form and submit any written documentation supporting their dispute. We are happy to provide this form to the Tenant, if they wish to dispute their Security Deposit Claim. Please let us know if you would like to dispute your Security Deposit Disposition.
STAY AWAY. so basically they had us sign the lease and everything, pay all the fees, set up the utilities, and right before they gave us the key to move all our stuff in...they sold it to someone else. Now we are completely screwed and will be homeless if we can't find a place in 3 days. They don't care at all. They weren't even apologetic about it. ***** deleted the lease to destroy the evidence and now we have no defense. I would totally lawyer up and *** if they didn't get rid of the evidence. If a lease was signed, as you state, you would have a copy of it, as our leases are provided digitally. Please provide us with any and all documentation and we will be more that happy to investigate the situation.
Horrible experience! Property had 2 split wall units instead of AC leaving the apartment hot (in the summer reached 90 indoors) and moldy. Mold and mildew grew on furniture and on clothing and shoes. Had to purchase 2 portable ACs and 2 dehumidiers. Lost multiple pairs of shoes to the mold and mildew as well. The landlords answer was to tint the windows... which did nothing. Horrible conditions to expect humans to live in.

First off there answering system is state of the art. The communication with them went so smooth I thought I was dealing with a real person. I was looking for a property after buisness hours. The viewing went off without a hitch. Someone really thought this through and aced it. We got to see the home and it was such a pleasant experience that we can't wait to deal with them in person.
