I worked with this property management to rent a home and let me tell you Kristen is an absolute dream to work with! She was knowledgeable, patient, and very well informed. She walked me through every step and was such a delight to connect with. Though I ended up moving in a different direction, I would recommend this property management to anyone. They work hard to ensure everything is where it needs to be and really do want to take care of their renters. Thank you Kristen for the great experience!!!!!!!
Any company that has a MANDATORY "benefits package" is not going to be a good company to work with, they should more accurately call it "we want more of your money that we don't have to give to the property owners package." This $50 a month won't be the last nickel and dime charge you get hit with, you can count on that.
