This company provides safe, well kept, and fantastic properties. The managment really cares about their tenants and has been nothing but respectful and caring towards my family. They work hard to provide beautiful properties and to keep things in order. I have lived here for many years and Kevin Smith has been nothing but kind to me whenever I have had a question or concern. I have no idea what these people did for kevin to respond in what they call an "angry manner" but it was probably deserved !!

Having to clean up buildings that have bad tenants in them is difficult. Thanks to spectrum we now have a safe building. glad to see the trouble makers go!
