Erika Hanson was the selling agent for the home we bought in Windham. The contract was not fulfilled after closing (water system wasnt serviced per agreement) and she ignored our realtor when she reached out in regards to the matter. Luckily, our realtor made it right for not picking up on the selling agents negligence and footed the majority of the costs for the water system.
