I never did get to have a brace made here, for my spine, which is collapsing. The woman I spoke with could not get the authorization quick enough, & I called one too many times to find out what was needed, so told me to find somewhere else. This was highly unprofessional, in my opinion. I am in a lot of pain. If these people can't deal with people, in pain, they should really find a new profession. NOT recommended, at all.
