If I can give a zero to this place I would. Horrible staff. Waiting is horrible. Worse part of this was telling me that my insurance wasn't covered on site instead of over the phone. Waste of gas and time. WORSE PLACE EVER!!!
This place has been, and is, one word- AMAZING. I've been stranded in Roseburg, Oregon, without a Prosthetic Dr., twice now. In severe pain, I found Spectrum, even seeing me on Christmas Eve (2019)! The entire staff is absolutely amazing. God bless places like these; seriously! 💖🙏✨
Adrian services all of my prosthetic needs and is very patient and knowledgeable. They are easy to work with and accept Medicare !
Made me a large heavy leg brace (which I can’t lift) when my Dr and I asked for a soft knee brace. False billed my Insurance for wrong type. Office told me when I took the brace I as much as signed off on it. But Dr said please try it for two weeks. Very unhappy
I have to say the ppl here are great . They give the best care and care about their patience needs. There fast about getting you in when u have a problem. From my personal experience I have had care at both prosthetic shops in town SPECTRUM is my choice. No questions asked..
