They are buyers for flippers. Steer clear and find an actual realtor.
We had an awesome experience with Alam Wali from the Spectrum group. We were up front with him and he was straight and blunt with us about pricing/options. He had a lot of traffic we never would of been able have with a local realtor to investors/buyers and that's what ended up getting the house sold "as is". I was offered such a low offer for my beautiful house that I thought it was a joke! They really, quite seriously want to buy my house for half its value.
Engages in bad business practices. They will claim to be a cash buyer represented by a real estate agent then try to wholesale your property to other buyers. All the while giving anyone who calls them the code to your property. Steer clear of these people, they will do nothing but waste your time and cancel the transaction at the 11th hour.
