Terrible communication dont ever pick up the phone or answer an email it could be an emergency & they still don’t care
Horrible management, lack of communication, none ever picks up the phone, disorganize company. Horrible
If i could give a zero i would. I have the same frustrations. No one ever picks up the phone when you call or returns your call when you leave a message. I have maintenance issues that need to be addressed and i was told to write it down and mail it in. What is this 1950..give me an email address.

Management is really bad. Nobody picks up a phone ever even if there is an emergency. If you try everyday, they will pick up your phone once a month to answer and talk rudely with you as if why the hell did u called........... Poor management and bad service :(
