I manage a sub-association for an HOA that Spectrum manages and work routinely with Victoria and Julia. They are both knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I would give them both 6 stars if I could.
House on 1321 is full of mold , Windows home this was going on for 6 yrs and nothing has been done these people evidently don’t care. A woman , daughter , granddaughter and a don who is 40 yrs old live there....I have been calling you since Jan. 2020 since u took the job here is end of July and nothing has been done.....you are all the same! We all have problem medical or otherwise or both but we do the best to keep healthy . Mold is unhealthy and causes a lot illnesses. I and our neighbors are not contented of your the job ... read more
Great staff, very friendly
They hardly ever answer their phone and when they do almost everyone is rude. They don't take care of the property like they are supposed to but yet they want their money and on time or else. No thanks Spectrum. Your fired.!
