10/10 would recommend. I am a renter. We moved in and found out that there was a rat INFESTATION in the attic. Spectrum was dispatched and they not only were very diligent with the issues, they pushed to be sure that the rental company stayed on top of the issues, and that my family was not living in unsafe conditions. They have been nothing but kind and honest, and communicated with me through every single step. I will be suggesting them to all of my friends and family. Thank you Spectrum!
