On my account, their reporting on account balance and performance is wrong on both the dashboard and the PDF's provided. After speaking to them, they are unable to resolve. Their dashboard is ambiguous and hard to understand. They blame their inaccuracy on government reporting rules. Specifically, they include in reporting 1-year old account balances for a separate i401k they do not even have access to, grouped with current account balances. They think this is just fine. We are looking for another supplier.
