Reviewed my husband's records and wouldn't treat him because he was out if state when his accident occurred. No car insurance claim, no workers comp., just straight out Blue Cross, no surgery needed. Worried more about a lawsuit that wouldn't happen than treating a patient who need follow up orthapedic care. Great physicians ethics.
