Couldn't see well out of the lenses they prescribed me. I also heard a man in the office describing similar issues and judging by the other reviews we aren't the only ones. Get a new optometrist. Something is wrong.
Amazing staff and prompt, professional care.
Had an appointment at 9, dr finally came in at 10, when I confronted him about my time being just as valuable as his, he said I could reschedule, when I informed him, if I did it wouldn't be here, he opened the door and said you're welcome to leave. So I did exactly that. Very unprofessional and I will make sure everyone I know is aware. There is no excuse for making someone wait an hour for an eye examination. And no apologies were given. Very poor way to conduct business
I felt like a huge inconvenience being there for an appointment. I knew I needed reading type glasses, but Spectrum wanted to rush me out the door. I literally had to ask (almost beg) to see frames...
Dr. Z is great, but the last appointment had some problems. I won't be back. Something changed here for the worse. - You could tell the physician was rushed by the company to pump as many patients through per hour as possible. No time to care/talk to patient. - The exam room had distracting elements by the letter chart you view, somehow everything felt cheap.
