Came on 1/17 for an ombré full set and deluxe gel pedicure. Pedicure was $60, and toes are fine for now. However on 1/18 not even 24 hours after my appointment a nail already broke. For a $70 full set this is unacceptable. This was my first visit and probably my last, and I honestly should’ve looked at the reviews before coming. Today I went in for a pedicure I was charged $6.50 extra for "removing gel polish." It was a very small piece that I could've picked off. No upcharged was explained until AFTER I asked before checking out and I will NOT be back.
They’re Rude & Make Smart Remarks About You! Well The Big American Lady That Works There Has A Smart Mouth And She Can’t Do Nails.. They’re Overpriced $90 For A Pedicure Is Crazy
It's not my favorite salon but it's the quickest. You won't see post of prices but ask for the book they're in there. I love the variety of colors available and the ease of which you get in and out but you get what you pay for. With that being said. You will be rushed, they do not let you sit and relax in the chairs, the water is tempered at best and gets cold quickly. Positives is the drinks as you get pampered and the speed. the people here are nice, but the service just isn’t it. Every time I come, my hands or feet are never done right. There’s always extra skin left, and the polish starts peeling the next day. I’ve given this place multiple chances because it’s close to my house and convenient, but it’s the same thing every time. This last visit was the final straw.
