Horrible company.
One star is too high of a rating for Spectrum MRI. Not a day has gone by over the last few months that i have not thought about my experience with Spectrum, which was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a health care provider. They initially agreed to accept $4000 for the services they rendered, but a few weeks letter, Spectrum sicced their lawyer on us. initially, Spectrum agreed to take $4000 for its services. After we agreed and sent them a check, they threatened to sue us, if we did not send them another $1000. To avoid a lawsuit, we sent them more money. Crooks and liars.
