Dont waste your time, they will charge you a $75 admin JUST FOR SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT. I did not ask for anything extra and it was all covered by insurance.
As both a pediatric primary care provider and a civilian, I'm extremely pleased with how thorough the testing offered is and how the results are clearly presented. Although insurance coverage varies which can result in a bit higher out-of-pocket cost, I still feel that for what you get, it is extremely reasonable. I strongly recommend them!

I walked in to inquire what insurance was accepted. The lady at front desk looked at me oddly, as if I was out of place, I wasn’t greeted cordially & was stared at as if I was not supposed to be there. I was hastily offered the phone number to another facility but upon reviewing it online, it offered no services that I was seeking..First impressions are lasting impressions so this was overwhelming disappointing, especially considering why I walked in seeking assistance in the first place.
