I’m relatively new to mood altering medications. Since I’ve gotten a regular therapist, I’ve been feeling pretty great, but I was still dreading my appointments for my med up keep for reasons I can’t even verbalize. Megan Keppler is AMAZING! I found her after my psychiatrist retired and couldn’t be happier. She helped me through some very challenging times, I never felt alone, and trusted I was in good hands. Definitely recommend!!!
Never been ghosted by a medical professional until now. Showed up for my appointment 5 minutes late, tried to call twice 10 minutes before my appointment time to let somebody know I had issues with traffic but got no response so I figured it was fine. Proceeded to arrive and text the number I was here for my appointment. Sat in the waiting room watching patients come and go for about 40 minutes texted again.. called the office two more times, still no response. I recommend anyone who has problems or thinks they may have problems with their mental health to call them ASAP. It’s super easy and they have telehealth so you don’t have to leave the comfort of your own home it makes it much easier to talk about everything that is going on.
