Being passive aggressive towards patients / customers. ( Reception staff only ) Is not acceptable. Don’t assume anything, the patients don’t want to be there too. They are sick. I find it hypocritical that there is a sign at reception that says verbally abuse is not tolerated. It shouldn’t be tolerated anyway. It’s works both ways.I have read other reviews having a similar experience. 🤔 I don’t want to be contacted. P.s I was just waiting for a patients / customers. Not my personal interaction
Friendly staff and detailed MRI report. Great
No matter how many times you call, there is no answer. Still patiently awaiting my patient portal details and an important scan that I was told would come through today at the latest and nothing.
Thank you Spectrum team Alexandria...came in today for my pinky finger xray when it was just about to close, very pleasant and friendly staff... excellent service and what a great first experience :)
