If you have a choice stay away from Spectrum Radiology. Called the billing number and got somebody that would not give their name until the end of the call. Karen is the name given to me but who knows how real that is. She answered the phone by saying “account number” really firmly. I told her my name and from then on she referred to me like I was not the person on the phone with her. Dealing with medical bills is bad enough and now I am treated with your disgruntled attitude because I have a question.
