This is a new primary care clinic for me. I absolutely love the attention and care I have received. I am here for my 2nd visit and still absolutely impressed with the quality and care of the doctor and the fantastic service by ALL of the office staff!! More than 5 star review.

My experience with this office has been extremely frustrating. The biggest issue is not the medical care itself, but the lack of communication and organization. The front desk are horrible, phone calls are not returned in a timely manner, important follow-ups require repeated calls from the patient, and there seems to be confusion regarding referrals, test results, and ongoing care. Expect to wait 2 hours for the nurse and 3 hours for the Dr … not organized at all. My mom’s appointment was at 1pm … it is 3:48pm and we’re finally done.
