This company has really gone downhill since it has been sold management knows nothing about the trade company was bought out by a global company that knows nothing about HVAC Brad would be better off as a used car salesman at best all I know is they got a lot of jobs that are in serious trouble and probably going to litigation do your research if you worked here definitely don't put that on your resume nobody will hire you
Company went downhill. Shortly after they were bought, the company took a nosedive. Management likes people they can bully and push around. They’ll makeup false reasons to fire who they have personal problems with. Then try calling you back to come work for them again after everybody leaves because their management style is weak and childish.
This company does not value its employees in the field. Management has little to no experience then Point fingers at each other when it’s completion time. They lead with dictators heart not a servants heart. This company will feed you false dreams! Do NOT WORK HERE!
Supervisor Jose is trash only shows up on the jobsite to let people go or when upper management shows up so he could look good. He has a test he does when he interviews you and the questions are mostly for foreman’s but expects journeymen to know the answers. They have old power tools instead of new also they don’t want to hear you’re opinion to help the company grow but instead assume you are being negative about the company while employee’s are walking off on them.
