We have been using Spectrum Management Services in Oklahoma City for several years and are very happy with them. Kathy is a dream to deal with; she's friendly and gets things done! We live out of state so we really need someone trustworthy and efficient to manage our properties in OKC. We highly recommend them! :-)
BEWARE of SPECTRUM – BEWARE OF SPECTRUM if you need property management services. Spectrum underpaid me approximately $25/month for three months and the company was completely unresponsive (e.g. ignored emails, did not return phone calls) to me when I tried to find out why I was not being paid. This had nothing to do with maintenance, repairs, etc. and was a breach of contract. If you are a property owner, avoid.
