I called to looked at a rental apartment while visiting greeneville. Two people asked me questions about my rental history and employment and situation. I tried to explain my situation and both ladies were very rude. It feels very defeating trying to find a rental in this housing market and then on top of it people are not nice. Disappointing.
I've lived in the same place for 10 years... SPECTRUM took it over and I got hit with a 72% rent in crease, 72%!!! It's becoming run down, the yard doesn't get mowed regularly, it's a joke!
So I'm moving my job and life down from Illinois. I called to set up a showing to see some rentals, the lady that answered the phone, told me I needed a written paper of proof of employment! I tried to explain my situation, and the lady just cut me off then proceed to hang up on me!!!! That shows alot about the owner and boss in business!
I asked for some repairs to be done to my apartment. I was met with oh it would cost us this much to do it. Two days after asking them to fix these problems I get told I have 10 days to move out because I have an oral lease. I don't recommend this place to anybody
