We came during the day and had a great time. The people at the desk were very friendly and accommodating.
One star is giving too much credit. Three cars broken into in one night, my stuff stolen, and called to speak to the manager about it, wasn't working so gave my number to have him call back. Didn't call me back, so I called him, just for him to hang up in my face. Lol
Very bad customer service :'( Went there with friends, paid for 3 games and they shut down the lanes before we were able to finish. Gave us passes for 3 free games on which we saved for a good opportunity to return. We went back with friends as a double date and they took our 3 game passes reluctantly, still told us we had to pay for games, shoes (shoe rental is of course understandable), and then somehow they timed out our last game before we got a chance to finish. I used to love this place, USED TO! For years I have gone here only for last night to ruin all my other past experiences, which includes a birthday I had here over 10 years ago (dedicated customer). Last year (2015) my three friends and I showed up for and paid for 3 games, were told it was going to be an hour wait. We obliged and said we would head over to woody's, to which they said they would call on the intercom or somehow let us know our game was ready.
