We have been working with Steve since we bought our home last year and needed homeowners insurance. Steve was great with communicating and getting back to us very quickly. We were assigned a new agent after our previous agent retired. Since we always had great customer service, we didn’t have any concerns. However, a year later I am disappointed that it took three attempts to simply drop an old vehicle and add a new vehicle. We will be shopping around.
