Extremely poor service and communication with Jake. I was lead to believe auto pay was set up, as I renewed my policy in June and made a quarterly payment. My policy was eventually canceled. My agent didn’t take the time to call and connect, understand why a payment was missed. Jake let the policy fall off and didn’t provide explanation until my reach out to understand what happened.
