Been through misery with this company. Health insurance is employer funded or I’d have nothing to do with them. Was given wrong information by Jimmy, two witnesses to verify, and am now stuck with a claim of over $3000. My boss had to call to get him to return a call and when he did he insisted that I had heard something I did not thus the importance of having people stand next to you when speaking to Jimmy.
