Not a good place to work as a caregiver.
The Spectrum caregiver that was contracted to care for one of my family members yesterday called and canceled her shift just 3 hours before her agreed upon start time. No alternative provider or solution was suggested by Spectrum. For example, in lieu of Spectrum not having a fill in for the caregiver cancellation, they could have contacted other area providers to check for availability on caregivers that could fill Spectrum’s cancellation.
