Had a 2nd rescheduled appointment, show up and the Dr. was on PTO, never contacted me to reschedule, they said it was changed to August. Problem, I was never notified.
Keep having to go back to re-fill forms because they lost it or didn’t file.
Hurt my back , I came in for a referral to get an MRI , my mri result came back showing 3 herniated disks, they scheduled me for “pain management “ two weeks out, I asked for some pain medication that would last those two week while I waited to see the pain management doctor. They only have nurses on staff, no doctors and the nurses refuse to rite a prescription for pain medication, even thou they have my mri result showing I have a severe pinched nerve , also because they don’t have doctor that works here , they cannot give... read more
