Lauren is amazing at what she does! As a busy plumber, I’m constantly finding new ways to make my body fall apart, and Lauren always gets me back on my feet and back to work so I can break it all over again. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients. I couldn’t recommend her more!

A long term client of Spectrum health, my most recent experience was with exercise physiologist Lynne An who took me through an excellent program of exercise and fitness to support my damaged knees. After weekly treatments I am now working through an at home plan. Lynne who is patient, warm, and decisive! She cleverly worked out what I needed to do and I can see the improvement in muscle and fitness and reduction in swelling and pain. I highly recommend Lynne An and the Spectrum practice.
I've seen Dr Damien several times, and he has been incredibly effective in treating the pain in my right arm that had developed from years of poor posture.
