I can't recommend Spectrum Health Care enough! Liam Quinn, the chiropractor who treated my daughter after her dance injury, was incredibly gentle and caring. He took the time to explain everything and provided the best care possible. Thanks to his expertise, she’s been able to continue her exercises and is steadily recovering. Great place - I sprained my ankle playing basketball and Holly had me fixed up in no time with some really helpful advice/exercises. Would highly recommend her!
My granddaughter, a football player, has just successfully completed eight sessions of treatment for a badly sprained ankle - two with Damien and six with Holly. Their professional, knowledgeable, informative, and comprehensive treatment got her back training in 9 weeks and playing soon after. All the rehab was clearly explained and demonstrated at each session. I highly recommend their services.
Lauren is an absolute wizard! I’ve seen over 5 chiropractors, and she’s hands down the best in Sydney. Incredibly knowledgeable, hands-on, and genuinely caring—her positivity is infectious. She truly goes above and beyond for your health and well-being. I can’t recommend her enough!
