RecommendedHaving a radiology procedure is quick and very professional. However, the gentleman at the desk when I walked in to United Hospital for my appointment was an idiot. Sat on his cell phone until I finally said something. He should have been working at a McDonalds. Need to get back to having live people check people in. Kiosk are impersonal and take jobs away from people.
My daughter took my grandson in everyday since Christmas because he was sick. The dr. Just told my daughter that he could have many possible reasons for being sick. Never ran any test. Just said he looked good and sent them on there way. Last my daughter took him to Carson city hospital. They ran test and found that he had RSV. He was so sick that they had him transferred to Helen Devos hospital. Greenville hospital is only in the business to make money not help people when they come for help. great care, awesome nurses and doctors
If you are a member of the LGBTQ community and need physical therapy don't go to the physical therapy office in Greenville. They will judge you like crazy! I especially don't recommend Jon Stearns as he managed to convince everyone there that I was trying to hit on him! He's a total homophobe!
I use Spectrum Health United for my MRI's, which I have every 3 mos. They are always courteous, thoughtful and thorough. I would rather go to Greenville than drive into Grand Rapids and deal with the headaches of traffic.
maybe not to be so slow when someone brings a 2 yr old in with a cut wound on their hand from broken glass an keep us in the waiting room over 2 hrs as people are getting called back after we have been sitting there
Better Doctors and the nurses to be more polite.
I feel this place is more for people learning than anything. as in they aren't aware of what they're doing......I feel until they are professionals. they shouldn't work on someone.
