Decent, only go here because I have nowhere else to go, I like the doctor I see and has been very helpful but the people over the phone are almost always snobby and sound like they hate the world. Nothing changes with this place. Don’t expect to speak to anyone respectful
Absolutely horrendous experience!! The staff admitted it was their fault as well, that's strike two, one more and I'll recommend all family & friends to NOT visit Corewell, spectrum, or whatever it's called yesterday
It's been 10 days since I called to refill my script, I've called multiple times since, and the pharmacy still doesn't have the order. Kory Mace is incredibly slow and can't take 5 min out of her day to send the order over.
