I was a patient here for about 2months before I sadly moved away from MI. While there, I was treated for neck and back pain as well as a pinched nerve due to exacerbated stress and sedentary lifestyle due to work. I made significant progress with the PTs here. They were caring and compassionate and really knew their profession. I wish I could move back and be treated here again.

When you're at the point of crying because you're in so much pain from your physical therapists exercises, that's not okay. And them then telling you they have no options to help you after a surgery because your mobility isn't improving is also not okay. If you can't help your patients, refer them elsewhere. My surgeon shared the hallway with this physical therapist, there should be no reason they can't help.

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!!! They messed up my husbands hand and left it stiff and gave up on him. They told him to get used to his hand because they cant do nothing about it. When that is WRONG. I been helping my husband with his hand daily and it getting better little by little if I wouldve known they were going to give up on his hand we wouldve never paid for the therapy. What a waste of time!!!

Had issues with the treatment plan provided at my first visit the the amount billed at the end of all my sessions. I called an asked for details about the discrepancies and was asked to handle it with the office manager; However the office manager doesn’t have a phone number and you just leave a message for them with the receptionist but you never get a call back. And I am still waiting on someone to explain what happened back in May!!!! Despite the repeated attempts at getting ahold of THE office manager
