With the exception of one doctor (who, on the rare occasions where my regular provider wasn't available, the scheduling team made sure I never saw again) I had the most outstanding experience with the entire team here. From my very first phone call where I told the woman on the other end of the line, "I'm going to be honest, I have literally no idea what I'm doing and I don't know how any of this works," every single person was kind, helpful, personable, and incredibly patient. This is the WORST office for care. Not once in my pregnancy did I ever see the same provider and they consistently made me wait 40+ minutes for my appointments when I showed up on time for all of them. I was sent to this office because the other office didn’t have any appointments available and I was high risk. Will be finding a provider outside corewell health going forward. Do not recommend.

I could go on and on about how awful the prenatal care was at this office. Horrible communication— I was given a membrane sweep without my consent by one of their midwives. Furthermore, because of her incompetency and poor communication, my son was misdiagnosed with fetal growth restriction and I was pressured to induce early. So many things were missed leading up to my son’s birth, my voice wasn’t respected, and I will forever regret walking into that building.
