This ortho care center is really really nice and convenient to have as an option. It allows you to see someone for an injury without waiting for a Dr's appointment especially when the Dr might send you to ortho for a consult. Also sometimes getting into a Dr's office takes a few days. So the service was really nice to have. Everyone was nice, clean, quick. I had an acute, minor shoulder injury with a pinpointable causative event and no previous history of shoulder pain. I wanted to rule out rotator cuff injury and to know how long I should rest my shoulder and if I should briefly wear a sling. I tried to make a virtual visit under the "sprains and strains" category, but they called me and said I should go in person to ortho urgent care instead. Had s sleep medicine visit and I was very satisfied as a patient. The office staff were amazing and Regina Koorndyk was outstanding with her willingness to listen to my concerns. She went above and beyond with making me feel heard. She spent as much time with me as needed, and I certainly did not feel rushed. Thanks, Regina!!
