The surgery went well but they are really bad at communication. They waited two weeks to tell me the symptoms that developed after surgery were not related to the procedure and I should contact someone else. I contacted their patient relations but the result was a letter saying the surgery went well. Their only priority was addressing the paperwork I submitted after surgery and not why I felti needed to submit it. Spectrum Health Medical Group did no listen to me when I was their patient now going on 5 years and was only 30. I continue to have issues and they will not help resolve the issue that they caused by their physician. They lied about the procedure and what they were using, which has caused life-long issues. Turned me away from my appointment because I was a little late since I couldn’t find their office due to construction causing streets to be closed around the hospital and also the directions they sent me in the mail didn’t explain how to get there once inside the hospital so I was walking around looking for the office.
