Saw General surgery here and both doctors I encountered were so nice! Very knowledgeable and great at listening to what I had to say!
Spectrum Health Medical Group did no listen to me when I was their patient now going on 5 years and was only 30. I continue to have issues and they will not help resolve the issue that they caused by their physician. They lied about the procedure and what they were using, which has caused life-long issues. Turned me away from my appointment because I was a little late since I couldn’t find their office due to construction causing streets to be closed around the hospital and also the directions they sent me in the mail didn’t explain how to get there once inside the hospital so I was walking around looking for the office. They then lied to me and said they couldn’t see me because the doctor had to go into surgery but as I was waiting there, another patient arrived to see the same doctor (Dr. Minks) even though she wasn’t going ... read more
