All of the doctors that I have met are exceptionally professional and great in general. Most of the medical support staff is adequate. However, your andimistrative and financial office staff are horrible. My entire family uses Spectrum Health providers and have spent millions of dollars with Spectrum, including but not limited to, heart surgeries, joint repair and replacement, mental health services, routine care, etc......
