Hard to get a hold of, slow to refill your prescriptions, you will wait on hold for a half hour every time to talk to someone. Go somewhere else.
We love the staff here. We followed Dr. Klein to this office. She is amazing. My kids love the staff. It's easy to get ahold of them for appointment changes. We are never disappointed
I DO NOT recommend Dr. Cera to ANYONE even if they feel like they’re going to die!!!! I have a slight intellectual disability and I feel she has the WORST people skills EVER with people like me!!!! I feel like I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT tell her anything without getting BURNED by some of her words!!!! Therefore I feel she is a HAZARD to my health!!!! I’m finding a NEW family doctor!!!! We moved here several years ago from out of state and went through a couple physicians before going to Dr. Melissa Kline (back when she was downtown). She's awesome! She listens to her patients (my two children) and their parents equally. She's respectful, intuitive, and responsive. Love her.
