My daughter came into the ER at Kelsey hospital in Lakeview this morning per her OB Dr. and Karen RN. Was the most rude and heartless human being. She was So rude and heartless that we are filling a formal complaint internally. This woman has worked at Kelsey hospital ER for years and needs to be terminated. She refused to leave when my daughter had to change into her gown, when getting supplies around for a UA she didn’t wear any gloves, opened the wipes up with no gloves, opened the bathroom door up again with no gloves an... read more
