First initial appointment in February was decent but the communication was not the best. They didn't clarify if my appointment was virtual so I showed up to the building and no one was there. Then I got a email stating that the appointment was virtual so I asked if I could go home first but there was a language barrier, I ended up doing the appointment at a building I didn't belong at. He is amazing, I actually feel heard and he genuinely wants to heal you. I don't trust easily so this is a big deal for me. I trust his judgment because he is knowledgeable and is trying to heal you as a whole and not just a symptom here and there. I am truly grateful.
