If I could give Corewell Interventional Radiology ZERO stars, I would. I had my scans done at Munson Medical in Traverse City because that’s where I was living at the time. After the scans, I relocated to SB, IN, so Corewell Health GR is proximately closer to have the procedure done. I had my internist send a referral to Corewell and I left Carol, the IR scheduler several messages over three weeks about scheduling my biopsy. Absolutely do not go here if you have a child with any bruising. My daughter had a couple bruises on her thighs. They were superficial and from normal childhood play. They filed a cps report against us even though my daughter flat out told them that she plays in trees and has a hoverboard and trampoline she gets hurt on sometimes and specifically disclosed that she is not harmed at home. Fantastic Staff for a pediatric MRI! They were on time, kind and explained every step of the way. Very thankful for this experience
My daughter is a very sick inpatient and INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY took it upon themselves to IGNORE a DOCTOR'S orders and tried to FORCE her to do a feeding tube placement without sedation. Only looked at her age and not current medical conditions. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS IN INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY. They don't even deserve the one star I'm FORCED to give them my daughter is suffering because they don't CARE
