This isn't meant to be a negative rating so much as a warning to others. This is not a true outpatient laboratory. I did not use their services. I tried to go here (it's suite 2200, not 3169) but it's not a normal outpatient lab. According to the receptionist you have to wait until someone comes over from Butterworth hospital or another location and the wait time is easily 30 min. I declined since I didn't have time to wait. Save yourself and just go across the street to Butterworth!!
