I had a horrific experience with this group only a month prior to christmas. I applied for a position within the organization. I was quickly contacted by a Colin Cambell who interviewed me at great length for an integrated care team management position both via phone call and zoom. I was assured that the position was mine and that the red tape was an interview with the program director. I went to the Central parkway location for about 3 months and the staff is fantastic there. The reception team was super efficient, pleasant and easy to deal with. All the nurses were excellent and I genuinely felt like they were looking out for my best interest during each visit. Top notch care.

Garbage , the psw just sit on their phones without helping or provide any care, the moment my elderly grandmother has a fall due to the negligence of the psw, spectrum will be sued cause they take no initiative or due diligence to fix the issue, how are you taking care of a elderly lady while on your phone and then they will rush out and leave without completing the tasks cause they don’t have time even though they do … even if you address these concerns to spectrum they will no fix the issue , psw last week showed up at 11a... read more
