They don’t actually help which is so sad. I’ve called the supervisor twice asking for a consistent psw for hospice care for my mother. No one has showed up at the house. They said we’d have 3 providers per day and only one psw shows u for ten minutes and can’t wait to leave.

the low star reviews speak for themselves! do not feel safe or comfortable leaving a loved one in the care of a Spectrum Health Care PSW. issues do not get resolved, clearly there is not enough training or regulation around this line of work and people just do whatever they want and cause harm to vulnerable human beings with no repercussion.
The staff keep you on hold for 20 minutes and hang up. It’s hard to get a hold of someone unless you call 6-7 times. When they do answer, they’re generally rude or dismissive. They don’t return voicemails either. They do have a few really good PSWs but other than that most of their PSWs are always late, come in and spend time on their phone doing personal stuff, they don’t care to actually help, and do not even do the bare minimum. I was bitten by my cat. Not his fault, he's an indoor car and a neighborhood male cat comes down the side of my house and they scrap thru the screen. When I went to shut the glass of window to diffuse the fight and my sweet boy Ebony in the frantic state bit me. Was on 5 days of oral antibiotics and just got worse. I was on IV antibiotics, as well the plastic surgeon had to slice me open to drain the pus. I went to this clinic daily for IV change and wound care on the finger. The staff were amazing.
