They cannot be trusted. Their nurses show near zero respect for clients/patients. Appointments that they call and make are ignored. No one calls you after that to say there is a delay.. they just ignore you. Ssomeone may or may not show up at all but IF they do they lie about the reason. and then lie again and again, even after you actually prove to them that they are lying. . People who have this so little (if any) respect for others should not be in the nursing profession.
