I had an excellent experience with all the nurses. They were all very skilled and made me feel comfortable. I got appointments easily and did not have to wait long at all.
Wilmart is awesome! He cares about the people he is helping and genuinely goes out of his way to provide excellent service. Spectrum is lucky to have him as a PSW representing them. Thank you Wilmart for taking good care of my brother. Just met Jaskaran Kaur, Spectrum has added another super star PSW. Jaskaran was absolutely amazing. She went up and above the call of duty. She took amazing care of my brother. She really cares and provided awesome service. Jaskaran is the perfect example of what a PSW should be.
Friendly environment and professional staff
Stressful Working Environment. (managers/supervisors are overwhelmed with the work load/big big communication problems btw management ) (“Managers and supervisors are forced to handle problems without policy support, while patient families yell at them over unresolved issues. Senior management offers no backup, leaving them without motivation or support.
