I am utterly disappointed by the lack of communication & professionalism with HR Rep Gursheen Anand following initial discussion regarding a Client Services Coordinator role. Although I responded as soon as I found the email in my Junk Mail, I received a decline notice referencing “numerous attempts” that I had not received. This is completely false. Only 1 attempt via email was done (which went into my junk mail). No call attempts were made. I understand the hiring process is complex, but I would appreciate greater emotiona... read more

Had a very disappointing experience with Spectrum Health Care. Despite presenting themselves as a company that cares for both clients and staff, the reality is quite different. Management does not value or support their employees, and fairness is often lacking in the workplace. Hard work and dedication go unnoticed, while communication and respect from leadership are minimal. It often feels like employees are treated as replaceable rather than as valued members of the team.
