Such an unprofessional company. Withholding bonuses from professionals that were affected by the government shutdown is deplorable. They still worked 80-90% of the year. Taking care of your employees and providers is so important right now. Be better.

This agency staffed provider services for my four year old son who has multiple medical diagnosis from late 2023 through early 2024. I separated from this agency after capturing video footage on a home camera in my son's bedroom where the provider was lifting my son inappropriately, using profanity towards him and terrorizing him.
