Do NOT trust their competency for processing insurance. When my PCP referred me to Spectrum's Balance Center, I contacted them prior to my appointment because I had previous balance testing at Mary Free Bed. Unfortunately, the clinician (Michael Hojnack) at Spectrum/Corewell's Balance Center did some testing that was rejected by BCBS. I contacted Mr. Hojnacki through My Chart and he assured me they would resubmit the claim by recoding the procedure. Didn't happen. The staff are excellent and they helped improved my dizziness immensely. Their treatment required no meds or injections. The exercises they have given me have helped a lot.
