I cannot recommend Dr Matt O’Keeffe enough! I had been struggling with intense back pain, and after just one session, I noticed a dramatic improvement. I've had decades of back, neck and shoulder issues, and have been to chiros and physios from New York, Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore. So I know a good one after the first consult. Dr Matt pinpointed the issue, ordered immediate imaging and began full treatment the next day. Every visit has brought more relief. He is an efficient and pragmatic practitioner.

I have been going to Spectrum Health for well over a decade and have nothing but praise for the care and attention both Dr John and Dr Matt have afforded me. They are compassionate and attentive and will attend to any particular flare ups you discuss with them. The ladies on reception have always been pleasant, courteous and professional both in person and over the phone.

I've never had much flexibility, and yet after one session, I can actually move freely and feel lighter with more energy. My Jaw moves smoothly with my TMJ too! Dr Matt is truly amazing! I'm going to visit more often to look after my health.
