If I could give 0 stars, I would. They will absolutely screw you out of money, and good luck getting any help from a manager. Either you won’t hear back, or you’ll just be told there’s “nothing we can do.” My husband and I travel constantly for work, often out of state or city. We canceled YEARS ago because we were on a turnaround job in an area with no Spectrum anywhere nearby and yet, they’re still trying to squeeze money out of us. Not happening. They’re not getting another dime. 🤍

We love our gym, the equipment, the staff and the daycare! Our kids love the daycare and the wonderful daycare workers. They have always been super helpful and sweet with our kids when our kids were scared to go in the first few times.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They will screw you out of money & when you try to talk to the manager you won’t get a response. Or they’ll tell you that there is nothing they can do. Me & my husband work out of state/ city a lot. We canceled years ago because we were on a turn around where their was no spectrum within the area or ANYWHERE else close & they’re STILL trying to get money out of us. NOPE! They ain’t getting another dime from us🤍

They have a scummy practice with the auto renewals. Years ago one of my friends got signed up for a contract at 15 years old and it ruined his credit score by the time he noticed. Besides that, nice gym.
